Job Description

● Build, utilize and maintain a supply model capable of forecasting number of required riders on a monthly and quarterly basis ● Formulate recommendations and implement strategic solutions to fulfill rider supply requirements (including for peak times, special occasions, and spikes in order demand)● Track and analyze rider supply forecast, and monitor fulfillment across all Talabat’s suppliers ● Identifying blockers to supply fulfillment and possible corrective actions ● Monitoring rider activity and implementation of procedures to control rider churn ● Ensure sufficient rider supply data is shared across internal and external stakeholders ● Measure and analyze rider earnings per hour and introducing suggestions to improve rider net income ● Create, verify and distribute monthly timesheets used for supplier invoicing ● Ensure accuracy of financial data (payment rules, payment reports, special schemes)● Track and analysis financial trends (invoicing, deduction, CPO)● Formulate and execute initiatives that improve supplier finances

Qualifications

● You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Management Information Systems, or Finance ● Preferably you gained 3+ years of work experience in logistics firms, financial institutions ● Strong Excel, Google Sheets, and data management skills ● Strong project management and stakeholder management skills ● You are a doer and a free thinker. You accept and adapt constantly to change ● Willing to question the status quo ● Team player.
