Your Job:
The responsibilities include but not limited to the following:- Thoroughly review contract drafts, propose changes, and facilitate discussions for mutual agreement.
- Conduct interviews and meetings to understand the needs and objectives of new contracts.
- Escalate and resolve contract issues, coordinating discussions among involved parties.
- Engage in direct negotiations with clients, vendors, or partners to establish favorable terms.
- Establish the contract approval hierarchy and document approvals from internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate signature collection from all relevant parties involved in the contract.
- Securely store, organize, and retrieve contracts in a centralized contract archive.
- Monitor contract dates and set up reminders to ensure timely action on renewals or terminations.
- Review contracts for legal and policy compliance, monitoring and enforcing contractual obligations.
- Perform periodic reviews of the contracts in place and provide resolution services whenever a situation arises.
- Educate the stakeholders about their rights and responsibilities as per the conditions laid in the contract.
- Establish a contract management system to regulate the contract management workflow.
- Ensure that all parties adhere to the policies and regulations made in the contract.
- Impart legal advice and resolve issues legally for those who are involved in the contract.
Qualification & expertise:
- BA in law or related field.
- Min 5 years of extensive experience as contract manager in security & integrated systems industries.
