  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for various positions within the construction industry, including but
not limited to project managers, engineers, architects, skilled tradespeople, and administrative staff
  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications
accordingly
  • Utilize a variety of recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships to source qualified
candidates
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit with company culture and values
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions
Skills • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus. • 15-20 years of progressive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on the construction industry. • Strong understanding of construction roles, skills, and qualifications required for various positions. • Proven track record of successfully filling positions at all levels within a construction company or related industry. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite. • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously. #J-18808-Ljbffr
