Job Summary: We are seeking a Consultant with 3-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, retail, e-commerce, and other B2C businesses to join our Advisory practice. The Consultant will be responsible for leading and managing one or several workstreams on a project. This role involves conducting expert analysis, preparing insightful presentations, and engaging with clients on engagement-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in our focus industries and possess a strategic mindset to address client problems with actionable solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and control market and data analysis, ensuring insights and conclusions are effectively framed and communicated.
• Coordinate with Engagement Managers to prepare relevant slides within the pre-agreed storyline.
• Communicate directly with clients on engagement-related matters, including information requests, interviews, and the presentation of deliverables.
• Demonstrate leadership within project workstreams, mentoring analysts, delegating tasks, and ensuring quality control.
• Contribute to or fully prepare proposal drafts, aligning with FJX's business development priorities and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in market and data analysis, financial modeling, and strategic thinking.
• Proficient in slide creation and storytelling, with the ability to design compelling client deliverables.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of mentoring and managing the work of junior team members.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with project stakeholders and clients.
• Demonstrated ability to identify business development opportunities and contribute to proposal preparation.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, retail, e-commerce, or related B2C sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in analysis, strategic thinking, and financial modeling.
• Proven track record of leading project workstreams and delivering client-focused solutions.

Education Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) preferred.
