The candidate will have a good working knowledge and experience with fund solutions/administration. The Role & Key Responsibilities : Assist in managing teams in both onshore and offshore locations Preparation and management of Investor Accounting Responsibilities include, but are not limited to performing and coordinating a variety of administrative duties and tasks including: Quarterly NAV processing and allocation to investors Track income, unrealized gains, realized gains, fund G&A expense detail and cashflow transactions. Maintain multiple share classes, parallel fund and feeder fund structures.  Accrue for distribution payable and process quarterly distributions to clients Management of capital calls, drawdowns and distributions including deposit and redemption queues Calculation of time weighted and IRR performance Maintenance of banking or other accounts in the name of the Funds as may be necessary in connection with cash disbursement for distributions/redemptions and cash receipt for capital calls. Maintenance of confidential institutional and high-net worth investor data Develop ad hoc reporting as needed E nsure timely and accurate NAV calculations Communicate with clients to address any questions or concerns Administer training of new employees Identify and resolve problems as a team leader in a timely manner Preparation and Management of Fund Reporting: Prepare /review data feeds for posting to client systems for t transactions, market values, attributes, and contacts.  Prepare /review annual or quarterly summary of investor activity needed to prepare Form K-1's and Form 1099. Prepare /review quarterly and annual investor statements for distribution to web portal for investors and clients Prepare / review audit confirmation reports to be used for requests from investor auditors. Prepare /review a standard report to illustrate the reconciliation from the Funds published net asset value to the client's ending account value. Skills Required : Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required 4 - 6 - years of professional experience (A mix of private and audit preferred) Knowledge of Fund Administration (Private Equity and/or Hedge Fund accounting) a plus CPA Preferred Strong Fund and Partner accounting knowledge Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work towards and meet agreed deadlines eFron t experience would be an advantage Prior experience with incentive fees, waterfall distributions, a nd a llocations Highly organized and motivated individual with an acute attention to detail Self-starter who volunteers for new opportunities and projects Ability to manage complex accounting structures Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills What you will get in return: A high level of visibility within a large organisation on an upwards trajectory The ability to define marketing processes to drive innovation and have a tangible impact on the business Be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team that makes a genuine impact on revenue and sales pipeline.
