PURPOSE OF THEJOBThe key purpose of this role is to support the Project Service Provider in the Project Administration and Contract Administration of the Insurance Sector Student Fund (ISSF).Key Performance AreasOutputs ISSF Project Administration 50%Keeping track of all Student records, Co - Funders and Partnership Contracts on the projectSupport the applications process with the employers once the Funding Window has been opened.Open an electronic file for all students on the systemFile all documentation related to the projectFile all reports on the learner details, number of learners and payment amounts paid and qualification and learner region.Prepare and check the SETMIS report for accuracy for submission to DHET.Provide information and documentation as required by DHET and internal and external Auditors.Support the project coordinator with travel and accommodation arrangements for all teams travelling in conjunction with the INSETA Travel desk.Coordinate the development and update of the online learner portal.Prepare Contracts and award letters with the Project Coordinator 30%Induction will be provided on the details around INSETA contract preparationUse contract templates from INSETA and;Draft Employer contracts for the project coordinatorDraft University MOUS for the Project coordinatorDraft the TVET MOUs for the Project coordinationCreate a register of contracts for the divisionTrack and monitor the signing of contracts between all partiesRead all contracts and provider feedback to the coordinator on any anomalies within the contract that could prejudice INSETAProject Coordination 10%Update and maintain the project dashboard of ISSF project progress.Ensure that all project files are up to date with all required, updated documentsPreparing information for internal, DHET and auditsAssist with Marketing of the ISSF project on social mediaStakeholder Expectation Management 10%Resolve employer queries and complaints in a manner that maintains the stakeholder relationships within the defined timeframes.Monitor and update the Student APP / website for the ISSF projectREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEQualificationsMinimum Requirement:A relevant full qualification (NQF Level 5) in Project Management, Administration or another relevant area or similar is required.ExperienceMinimum Requirement:A minimum of 1 year experience in administrationRequirement experience: Project Management, Record keeping and AdministrationREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSKnowledgeMinimum Requirement: Knowledge and understanding of the SETA environment.Preferred Requirement: Knowledge and understanding of Projects.SkillsMinimum Requirement: Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and meet deadline under challenging circumstances.Preferred Requirements: Job SpecificINSETA is an equal opportunity employer and preference will be afforded to designated candidates in line with the approved Employment Equity Plan.Send your CV and Qualifications in your online application.Closing date: 2 May 2024NB: Applications of people with Disabilities will be given preference.No late applications will be accepted.INSETA reserves the right not to make an appointment.
