Business Development Manager Location - Nationwide (Multiple positions/ Multiple Clients) Salary - OTE £60 - £100k plus car Seeking experienced Business Development Manager with a background in Asset Finance or Vendor Finance. Nationwide multiple positions open for candidates with established customer networks. An excellent chance for a driven individual passionate about driving sales in Asset Finance. Multiple positions available (hybrid, remote, Midlands, North, South), basic salaries depending on your experience and with great commission structures If you possess a minimum of two years of sales experience in the Asset Finance industry and aspire to transition to a Business Development Manager role, this opportunity is exceptional. OR If you are a seasoned Business Development Manager, Broker or Broker Manager and looking to advance in career with competitive salaries and good commissions. Role -

  • Develop new business relationships
  • Working to account development strategies
  • Responsible for your own lead generation and conversion
  • Maintain and manage pipeline
  • Achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Meet all FCA and regulatory requirements
Asset Finance or Vendor Finance background is essential for this Business Development Manager role along with below skills -
  • 2+ years’ experience of selling B2B within the asset or vendor finance industry
  • Strong understanding of finance products and underwriting requirements
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
