Responsibilities:
- As a project manager, you’ll establish the project timeline and closely track the progress of deliverables. This involves ensuring that tasks are completed within the specified timeframes.
- You’ll keep stakeholders and team members informed about project progress. Effective communication is crucial to maintain alignment and address any issues promptly.
- This involves overseeing projects with extended timelines. You’ll manage various aspects, including planning, execution, and monitoring, to ensure successful outcomes.
- You’ll engage with multiple departments, partners, and suppliers. Gathering requirements, specifying project details, and maintaining effective relationships are key responsibilities.
- You’ll handle tasks such as project kick-off, team reviews, client deliveries, testing support, incident reviews, and project handover to the support team.
- As a leader, you’ll manage customer expectations, ensuring satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
- You’ll be a local specialist in digital wealth technology, identifying new requirements, providing customer support, and configuring solutions.
- You’ll address functional issues related to digital wealth technology, resolving basic technical or data problems.
- Relevant work experience (4-6 years) in project management or technical client service within financial services.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing long-range projects.
- Knowledge of financial markets.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Technical knowledge of web applications, APIs, and database queries.
- Proficiency in English and C programming.
