Du kannst gut zuhören, hast ein Gespür für Kundenwünsche und hast Spaß daran, die Durchführung des 1st- und 2nd Level IT-Supports in unserem Customer Care Center für die Plattform material.one zu übernehmen?Dann bist du bei uns im Customer Care Management bei material.one genau richtig!Im Detail übernimmst Du folgende Aufgaben:- Du führst Fehleranalysen, -behebungen sowie die Dokumentation vonAnwender- und IT-Problemen in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internationalenExpertenteams (3rd Level IT-Support) durch
- Du konzeptionierst und führst Onboarding Termine mit unseren nationalen und internationalen Kunden durch (ggf. inkl. Durchführung von Schulungen)
- Du erstellst mit unseren internationalen Expertenteams aussagekräftige Dokumentations- und Einführungsmaterialien für die Plattform material.one
- Du deckst aktiv Optimierungspotentiale sowohl im Customer Care Center als auch in der Plattform material.one auf, findest Lösungen und setzt diese mit unseren Expertenteams um
- Du kannst bei entsprechender Eignung die Hauptverantwortung für Bereiche unseres Customer Care Center übernehmen
DEINE SKILLS - DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Informatikumfeld oder eine vergleichbare berufliche Qualifikation
- Während deiner mehrjährigen Erfahrung in der Tätigkeit als Support Consultant hast du dein überdurchschnittliches Engagement und deine selbständige, strukturierte und gründliche Arbeitsweise unter Beweis gestellt
- Darüber hinaus bringst du eine ausgeprägte Team- und Serviceorientierung mit
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten (in Deutsch und Englisch) und ein sicheres Auftreten aus
