Role Description This is a contract remote role for a HR Specialist at MedTech Mavens LLC. As a US HR Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy development, and compliance. You will work closely with the HR team and business leaders to support the company's HR initiatives and ensure a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of US labor laws and regulations, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes for US-based positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers to candidates. Ensure compliance with US employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, ADA, and EEO. Manage onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring all required documentation (such as I-9, W4, and E-Verify) is completed. Assist with employee relations and resolve HR-related issues in accordance with company policies and US employment laws. Draft and maintain HR documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, and employee handbooks. Monitor and track employee performance, assisting with performance reviews and feedback sessions. Support US immigration processes, including H1B, F1, OPT, CPT, and other relevant categories. Provide guidance on US employment benefits, compensation, and payroll-related matters. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR role, with specific experience in recruitment and employee relations
  • Knowledge of US labor laws and regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity
  • Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
