Job details

Develop and maintain work relationship with different directorates of FBISE Islamabad. Maintain official communication between TCF and FBISE. Ensure that all Assessment related working between TCF and FBISE are align. Maintain Students and school data and update on regular basis.

  • School Online Affiliation Process including data collection, coordination for school inspection process after affiliation.
  • Coordinate with HR team to receive updated secondary principals’ data and update the affiliation portal timely.
  • Students centralized registration process which includes strong coordination with other departments’ e.g. operational excellence, I.T and regional offices of TCF.
  • Students’ online enrollment process, in coordination with Finance department to process and submit the challans timely.
  • Handling students’ data digitally and manually, keeping records properly for further analysis and process improvement.
  • Working directly with FBISE Examination Conduct team to establish examination venues, deployment of Examiners, Invigilators, Superintendents and E-marking team.
  • Alignment of all TCF-FBISE documentation and data at organizational level.
  • Working diligently on data for error correction with organizational team and coordinating with FBISE team to process and execute smoothly.
  • Coordinate with the regional teams for the availability of updated practical equipment as per the requirement of FBISE in secondary schools.
  • Keeping track of finances approved for FBISE.

  • Have a good knowledge of statistics and analysis of data
  • Ability to work under stress
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills

Education

Masters in Social Sciences/Project Management/Education Management & leadership

Experience
