We are seeking motivated and experienced resources to join our Contact Center - Tele sales Team, as Team Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a diverse team of Tele sales Representatives for optimizing their KPIs Performance, maintaining High-Quality Customer Interactions, capitalizing on Business Development and Growth Opportunities. Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Manager Telesales in planning, prioritizing, and communicating shift directives to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and quality are met for all assigned periodic activities.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, set targets, and create action plans to achieve sales and revenue ambitions.
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Supervise and mentor the team, providing guidance, coaching, and constructive performance feedback.
- Responsible for training team members, setting strategy, and monitoring progress toward goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Recognize high performance and plan to reward accomplishments.
- Conducting periodic performance reviews.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Analyze sales data, track metrics, and provide insights to improve sales performance and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to align Telesales activities with broader organizational objectives.
- Ensure exceptional customer interactions by maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
- Address escalated customer inquiries or concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Foster a customer-centric culture within the team, focusing on building strong relationships and repeat business.
- Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales activities, and pipeline status for management review.
- Utilize CRM systems and other tools to track and manage leads, contacts, and sales opportunities.
- Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within the Telesales workflow.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in events & campaigns.
- Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
- Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team
- Pleasant personality & excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous leadership experience & In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
- Strong problem-solving. conflict-management & time management skills.
- Well-versed with MS Office, CRM & Analytical Tools.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
