What You'll Do
- Perform software customization/development services
- Provide technical and functional knowledge of the development technologies
- Design and develop modifications to the standard Microsoft Dynamics applications
- Create and develop design specifications including gap/fit analysis documentation
- Create and develop new custom programs designed to integrate with Dynamics applications
- Design, develop and execute data migration processes and integrations to existing systems
- Ability to evaluate necessary upgrade customizations for new versions of Dynamics applications as they are released
- Work with functional team to design, test, and implement customizations
- Provide end-user training and end-user support
- Follow Development best practices and ensure that modifications are well documented
- Perform mentoring and/or coaching to team members and share knowledge among all team members
What You Know
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Development experience with Dynamics AX, 365 Finance & Operations, or 365 Retail.
- Proficiency in .NET development and C#.NET or VB.NET.
- Strong relational database skills, particularly with SQL Server.
- Understanding of database architecture, OOP models, and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to develop custom applications, reports, and integrations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
