AGENSI PEKERJAAN BMF GLOBAL SDN.BHD ( Activities ) To conduct business as a private employment agency, we are committed to supplying manpower to other employers such as the service industry , construction, and agriculture sectors of Malaysia and we are authorized to act for international workers in Malaysia and also have a license C from the Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK). We also employ foreign workers and handle visas and permits for foreign workers by the laws of the Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN), Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK), and Immigration Malaysia. We are looking dedicated candidate for General Manager to manage all related of company operations and oversee all staff. Responsibilities
  • Oversee all areas of business operations, including sales, marketing, finance and accounting, human resources, and business development.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives, with a focus on business expansion and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to support business development efforts.
  • Identify new market opportunities, assess market trends, and develop strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Lead business development initiatives, including market research, product development, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and supervise the effective controls and to ensure efficient operation and meet financial target.
  • Establishes business, marketing and sales plan to grow the company revenue and profit.
  • Responsible for the manpower planning, development and staffing for the operations with a view towards increasing productivity and company growth.
  • Lead and develop a team that support the company’s vision, values and goals.
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management.
  • Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors).
  • Design strategy and set goals for growth.
  • Oversee recruitment and training of new employees.
  • Direct the employee assessment process.
  • Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion, and accomplish your own goals.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability, and market share.
  • Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished effectively.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans.
  • Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
  • Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved.
Requirements and skills
  • Degree in Business or Marketing with customer-oriented approach or equivalent; or
  • Possess strong business and leadership skills with knowledge in corporate strategy and market insight.
  • Excellent communication and execution skills with the capability of articulating the company's ongoing strategic vision into business plans and processes.
  • Working experience in related field is require.
  • Good communication skill, inter-personal skills and able to interact effectively with people at all levels in a professional manner.
  • Highly enthusiastic and possess strong work ethics.
  • Possess good problem-solving skills and displays willingness to learn.
  • Must be meticulous and have an eye for details.
  • Disciplined and timely manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong working knowledge of operational procedures.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
