Senior Finance Manager Data Integrity And Systems

Senior Finance MANAGER Data Integrity and Systems Contract Duration: 12 months option to convert to client employee Client Industry: Pharmaceutical Time zone: Local Manila Summary: This position supports the regional Finance community in Consumer Health Asia Pacific to enable Finance to function effectively and efficiently within the regions financial systems and tools. Key responsibility is to maintain data integrity across all financial systems. He/she will also lead coordinate and support efforts within the region to implement system and financial business process changes and represent views of finance and financial systems in project implementations. The scope covers SAP FI and CO processes BW analytics EPM and other reporting tools all from the user perspective NOT AN IT CONSULTANT. What will you do

• Take ownership of SAP financial processes and reporting tools including general ledger and relevant master data ; and ensure they remain updated and relevant to the current reporting and operational requirements

• Ensure data integrity across all financial systems and analytical tools

• Support financial closing activities

• Explore new solutions based on understanding of existing processes and systems capabilities and ensure these are made to execute efficient data integrity checks

• Collaborate with IT Data teams and other functions and provide functional expertise to support legacy platforms

• Provide assistance to ensure controls are in place for applications to ensure data integrity by performing data integrity gap analysis and coordinating the resolution of data integrity gaps by working with the business owners and IT

• Liaise and develop relationships with senior stakeholders to consult on matters of data integrity and legacy systems support requirements

• Support related project preparation and validation in close coordination with regional teams

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Information Technology Computer Science or related fields

• At least five years in data or financial systems or similar roles and relevant industry experience

• Participation as a user or superuser in at least one fullcycle SAP ECC 6.0 or SAP S4/HANA implementation experience

• Knowledge and understanding of the financial business processes and SOX compliance

• Demonstrated success in integrating data governance strategy into an SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation program

• Strong skills in crossfunctional integration/relationships and program execution

• Ability to support largescale change/projects and enterprisewide transition management efforts

• Experience with related analytical tools & systems (e.g. BW TM1 OneStream Tableau Alteryx)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Continuous process improvement orientation

1. must have strong SAP FI Knowledge as a finance USER

1. understand activities and effort to support ongoing business data challenges (keep the lights on in business)

1. investigate where things break down with Data Flow

1. Knowledge of SAP FICO (COPA)

1. Will help with S/4 project work

1. Ability to interact regularly with Finance leadership and user community

1. Troubleshoot and flow back solutions to users
