About the Role: AppSynergies is a fast-growing SaaS-based business with a very talented and rapidly expanding team. We are looking for a driven and passionate AI ML Developer who will support AI ML models of multi-platform apps for iOS and Android developed using Google's Flutter development framework. Working closely with the CEO, and a very high energy engineering team, this role will involve optimizing the current product, and then working towards the expansion of the platform. The successful candidate will be working on the development, testing & deployment of apps to customers in India, North-West Europe & the US. Experience: 2 - 5 years. This role would be in a remote working environment for the foreseeable future. Job Requirements
- BTech Computer Science, or similar field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
- Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages. Proficient in writing production grade code in python.
- Experience working with the following: Machine Learning Frameworks (Tensorflow, PyTorch, MxNet, ONNX etc) & Data Science toolkits
- Conversant with Model Training, Feature Engineering, setting up training pipelines as well as bringing models into production
- Understanding of Deep learning fundamentals in areas like image classification, object detection and instance segmentation.
- Familiarity with real time streaming, distributed computing & data structures
- Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (like Django, Flask or Pyramid)
- Familiarity with Agile development & using tools like Android Studio, VS Code & Azure DevOps.
- Must have Native Android & iOS knowledge & willing to work with cross-platform frameworks
- Willing to learn and work on different mobile platforms/frameworks when needed
- Networking and integrating third-party APIs
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have strong analytical skills and are adept to logical reasoning, critical thinking, research, data analysis and creativity.
- You have a positive attitude and healthy desire for collaboration
- Understand the apps we are developing and come up with concrete problem definitions based on observations from the field.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve ML models.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
- Enthusiastic to take on problems across the full-stack.
