Job Summary As a senior application developer, includes development of tactical and strategic applications to meet business goal, providing coaching of developer regarding development best practice following Absa Group standard and procedures. Interreact with various business areas to underpadding business requirement and provide support to enhance existent process, contribute to writing code, analyzing data, design and implement software. Apply Absa Group process and procedures and best practices. Job Description- Work in highly collaborative teams, building quality code across different domains and client environments.
- Provide technical direction and support for development, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of applications.
- Collaborate with application owners and stakeholders to identify critical functional requirements for new or revised applications.
- Develop technical designs and procedures for new or revised applications.
- Maintain detailed project plans associated with system development, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Establish standards for documentation to ensure recovery capability and stable performance of platforms and applications.
- Develop software following the Absa Group standard and procedures
