We're looking for a dedicated, full time, permanent Accounts Payable Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team and play a pivotal role in our finance operations. What You'll Do
- Invoice Processing : Receive and verify invoices from suppliers, posting approved invoices in our ERP system.
- Payment Processing: Prepare and process electronic and manual payments promptly and accurately.
- Reconciliation: Conduct reconciliations of accounts, including suppliers and GL accounts, to ensure accuracy.
- Manage Transactions: Handle the recording of funds received and disbursed, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Month-end Activities: Assist in month-end and quarter-end activities, contributing to timely financial reporting.
- Quality Management: Adhere to our Quality Management System (QMS) and global quality system regulations to maintain high standards.
What You Bring
- Fluency in English is a must, and a proficient level of German.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in accounting or finance.
- Experience with SAP is a definite plus.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Work collaboratively within the Finance team while also having the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to adapt to changes and embrace new technologies and processes.
- Ability to analyze problems, contribute ideas, and develop effective solutions.
