The successful candidate will be part of our growing Retention Team. What we offer:
- OTE €45,000 with uncapped earning potential
- €28,000 basic salary, increasing to €30,000 after successful probation

- Experience in a billing environment is highly advantageous
- Handle both outbound and inbound calls to existing customers
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as agreed with line manager
- Handle objections in a professional manner
