Looking for 4 Oncologist consultant to work at NHS – UK

• Consultant Medical Oncologist (Breast and Gynae)
• Consultant Medical Oncologist in Breast Cancer
• Locum Consultant Clinical Oncologist UGI
• Consultant Clinical Oncologist in Early and Metastatic Breast Cancer

Consultant will have to work at a hospital that stands as one of the most extensive acute teaching trusts in England. Its mission encompasses delivering acute and specialized healthcare to approximately 2.5 million residents. Moreover, trust extends its specialized healthcare expertise to an additional 3-4 million individuals hailing from the broader regional area. • Full GMC registration
• Eligibility for inclusion on the Specialist Register
• Expected CCT completion within 6 months of the interview date

Professional Qualifications/Development

• Higher professional degree such as MD or PhD

Clinical Skills/Experience

• Proficiency in making independent and sound clinical decisions
• Specialized experience and a keen interest in colorectal cancer
• Specialized experience and a strong interest in breast cancer or UGI
• Proficiency in planning radiotherapy
• Effective and appropriate communication skills with patients, their families, and fellow health professionals
• Prior experience working within multidisciplinary teams
• Training in communication skills specific to healthcare
• Training in patient safety and/or human factors

Management Skills

• Capable of formulating, presenting, and implementing coherent ideas for service development and delivery
• Skillful delegation when necessary
• Team player with effective collaborative abilities
• Experience in change management

Personal Skills/Qualities

• Adaptability to changes within the dynamic health service environment
• Proficiency in utilizing the Trust’s IT support systems
• Access to personal transportation and willingness to travel to other sites

Teaching, Audit & Research

• Demonstrated participation in clinical audit
• Effective teaching and support for junior staff
• Experience in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching
• Original research contributions
• Publications in relevant fields
• Higher teaching degree, qualification, or specific training
