Description Overview
We are excited to be recruiting for a FP&A Analyst - Global Procurement to join our team based at our International HQ in Dublin (Hybrid working model, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote per week). This role is critical to supporting the evolution of our Procurement Finance function. The role will sit within Procurement Finance and have a direct reporting line to the Senior Manager FP&A Procurement. You will work as part of a team who are central to Perrigo delivering on our vision (consumer trust), commercial targets and strategic advantage.Scope of the Role
- Participate in the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting cycle for the Procurement Finance Function.
- Assist in the continued development of budgeting, forecasting, planning, and modelling processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analysing drivers of unexpected variance.
- Participate in the review and analysis of Procurement spend and savings projects.
- Act as Procurement Finance Business Partner in the following areas:
- Actively engage with other Finance and Operations functions to ensure close alignment of Procurement/Finance objectives and facilitate informed business decisions.
- Work closely with Perrigo Finance, Procurement & Operations teams to ensure processes are streamlined and executed efficiently.
- Provide detailed support and analysis to Perrigo Sourcing Teams.
- Analysing and understanding Purchase Price Variance (PPV) in the procurement process, summarising and communicating the key drivers to management.
- Procurement related accrual preparation and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Maintain SAP pricing and data management.
Experience Required
- A recognised professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA).
- Strong analytical, problem solving and financial modelling skills.
- Advanced excel skills required.
- Experience using SAP is advantageous but not essential.
- Results orientated, with proven ability to prioritize and deliver quality work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
- Be detailed-oriented and complete work with a high level of accuracy.
