Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of production for Ready-Mix Concrete and Concrete Block operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production efficiency and minimize costs.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and specifications for all concrete products.
- Manage inventory control and procurement of raw materials.
- Oversee maintenance and upkeep of production equipment.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Lead and motivate a team of production personnel.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for production and customer satisfaction.
- Comply with all relevant safety regulations.
- 7-10 years of demonstrably successful experience in the Ready-Mix Concrete and Concrete Block industry.
