Description:
Madison Pearl has been mandated to recruit an experienced Private Banking / Wealth Management professional with access to HNWIs in the GCC region for a licensed and regulated asset management firm. This position is based in the fast growing & leading financial hub of Dubai, The DIFC.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with high net worth clients, providing them with personalized financial advice and investment solutions
Work with internal partners to identify and develop new business opportunities, and to ensure that clients' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base and increase assets under management
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures
Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with the most relevant advice and solutions
Act as a mentor to junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed
Collaborate with other members of the team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
8+ years of experience as a Private Banker or Wealth Manager
Strong knowledge of the local market and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to deliver results and meet business objectives
Experience managing a large portfolio of clients and assets under management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
