The primary purpose of the Senior Manager, Marketing is to strategically lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, promote business growth, and position Bustanica as a market leader in the field of sustainable indoor farming solutions. The expertise of and leadership in marketing will be crucial in advancing Bustanica's mission of revolutionising agriculture and addressing local food security challenges.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of Bustanica Marketing Strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories (new and existing) and channels in Retail and Foodservice.

Develop and implement compelling product brand strategy for Bustanica to ensure high and consistent visibility of the brand and the products

Design and implement Go-To-Market programs and strategies (Traditional & Digital Channels) for the various channels and business units within Bustanica.

Build attainable and measurable metrics for success based on the Go-To-Market strategy brief.

Lead both the project management and channel activation programs combining insights generation, market segmentation, sizing, growth, trends, forces, and therefore identifying target growth opportunities.

Undertake continuous analysis of the Retail and Foodservice competitive environment and consumer trends to gain Local insights, foresights and channel understanding.

Conduct market research to determine new or changing consumer trends to continuously evolve the Bustanica brand positioning and summarise findings and recommendations to GM and the board.

Support the GM with customer pitches or new business opportunities. Collaborate with customers e.g supermarket chains to develop and deploy new products to the end consumer including big activations to drive revenue.

Requirements:

Proven record of accomplishment of identifying and creating new marketing opportunities within a channel.

Commercially aware, considering and justifying the investment implications and ROI of activities within a marketing plan.

Proven ability to build and manage a marketing budget.

Managed Team of People

Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Experience with social media marketing.

Experience with email marketing.

Experience with content marketing.

Experience with SEO.

Experience with analytics (e.g., Google Analytics).
