About the job
We're currently looking for an experiencedHuman Resource Managerto lead the HR department handling our group of companies.As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing generalist HR functions from A-Z. You will be the go-to person for both our management and our employees for all questions and concerns related to HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Performance, and Benefits. Aside from developing relevant frameworks, you'll also implement, measure, and refine processes, policies, and guidelines.
Requirement
Minimum of 5 years of managerial HR experience in a UAE-based SME/startup, ideally in the hospitality industry;
Completed bachelor's or masters degree in HR or a relevant field, ideally SHRM or CIPD certification;
Hands-on experience with using HRIS and ATS;
Outstanding communication skills in English, additional languages are an advantage;
Currently in the UAE and availability to join within a month.
