Qualifications:

Identify new investment possibilities, conduct due diligence, and draft investment memoranda for fund investments and co-investments as part of a transaction team you're helping to lead.

Trading and accounting software handles all of the buying and selling of stocks and bonds.

Create and maintain client files, as well as necessary reports and databases, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Regular shredding is an important step in ensuring the security of sensitive client data and preventing the spread of identity theft.

oversee the upkeep of all shared office equipment to guarantee the clinic's optimal operational efficiency; notify the facilities manager of any problems. Keep up with office supplies, making sure that necessities like things for the break room are always available.

Prepare and maintain client records, create documents and reports, and launch communications at the direction of the firm's adviser.

Provide front desk support, such as greeting clients and visitors to the office, answering the phone in a kind manner, and, if necessary, taking detailed messages or addressing calls correctly.

Examine and reply to all electronic contact; handle issues and complaints with professionalism and attention to resolution as soon as possible.

Updating the contact management system and contact database with the most recent client information is essential for accurate reporting, scheduling, billing, and marketing.

Accounts may be opened and closed, trading authority and powers of attorney can be added, life insurance and annuity accounts can be linked, client registrations can be completed, and all demands from clients can be met in a timely manner.

Skills:

Completed college courses and relevant job experience will be considered in lieu of a degree if the candidate does not have one.

Possessing one to two years of relevant work experience in finance or a closely connected discipline such as billing, accounting, purchasing, mathematics, etc.
