Zurich Workplace Solution is the regions leading end-of-service benefits provider operating in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and is responsible for managing the DEWS (Defined End of Service Benefits) scheme. The DEWS scheme is a mandatory savings plan that provides end-of-service benefits to employees in compliance with the DIFC Employment Law. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Support Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and Manage all team initiatives including projects and development activities
Proactively maintain standards, working practices and behaviors of the Client Support Management team.
Provide support for Corporate Distribution in acquiring new business.
Shows strategic alignment to client values and identity.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance or Business Administration and 8 or more years of experience in a related field.
Experience in the financial services industry in a similar role within a customer service environment.
Familiarity with customer needs and those of their advisers
An ability to understand, interpret and translate customer requirements into deliverables.
