Job Responsibilities:
To ensure all required data is reported to key stakeholders in a timely manner
Pre-Recruitment o To request & follow up on JD evaluation from the TR team
Recruitment o Conduct the HC Round of Interview as per the RACI matrix
Onboarding o To support all other operational onboarding activities on the ground
Job Requirements:
3+ years in Human Resources
University Degree preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration Any other certification in Human Resources is acceptable
