Description:

We are looking for an experienced IT support tech to join our wonderful team. The person would be responsible to maintain the computer and network systems of the organization. Duties include but not limited to troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues, setting up computer networks and assisting employees and customers with IT-related problems.

Responsibilities:

Provide 1st level support within the company including but not limited to laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, access controls, smart devices, telephony, corporate network, and business applications.

Provide on-site IT and remote support for company's customer end users located during normal business hours and at times out of hours.

Identify, oversee development, analyze, evaluate, mature and transition technologies to satisfy emerging requirements.

Standardize and automate processes and monitoring using available technologies.

Install and configure operating systems, software, and hardware components, and clearly document the design, maintenance, and support procedures for routine tasks.

Maintain inventory of all IT equipment's, software licenses.

Carry out all aspects of user lifecycle management, including onboarding and offboarding, new hire IT orientation, laptop setup, and day to day troubleshooting.

Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.

Requirements:

Ability to handle support enquiries over telephone, in writing and in person from internal and external stakeholders.

Expertise in managing Microsoft and Mac Infrastructures and software solutions. Ability to plan, installs, configure, and optimize the IT infrastructure to consistently achieve high availability and performance.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Excellent customer service skills.

Time management and able to work on initiative against deadlines.

Experience in delivering ISO 27001.
