Description:
As a consultant, you will manage your own portfolio of properties spread across Dubai. Dealing with various different offers with the view of securing sales transactions.
Responsibilities:
Looking after a manageable portfolio and selling a targeted number of residential properties with sales negotiations.
Up-sell some of our services and get paid generously for it.
Updating and maintaining your records.
Negotiating and managing all aspects of the sales process.
Building a strong rapport with investors and buyers.
Requirements:
Self-motivated and focused with experience, and a successful track record in property sales.
Customer focus with strong work ethics.
Excellent communicator with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Have a proven track record of sales in the residential property market.
Outstanding negotiator and a people person.
