Description:

This position is based in Dubai and reports through the Mondia Group CFO to executive Board, with responsibility to all Executive Stakeholders, for the delivery of any ERP features that affect the operational management and requirement of that stakeholder

Responsibilities:

Partner with the wider Finance teams to understand their system needs - whether pain points causing inefficiencies, or future needs due to changing business requirements

Help to build and design robust finance system processes

Driving best practice through continuous process improvement

Responsible for requirements gathering, process re-engineering, solution design, implementation management, delivery, and review of new and improved features.

Configure and customize the Odoo system according to business requirements.

Working with Finance, Technical, Operational and Commercial teams to determine features that will automate processes, optimizing economies of scale, improving effectiveness and efficiency.

Requiremnets:

Experience in designing and implementing accounting processes and embedding this on ERP platforms with functional experience of accounting processes functions, and modules. The candidate should have experience of platform configuration of ERP platforms.

Experience of Global Cloud based Odoo / ERP implementations and solutions, and exposure to feature development and enhancement is a distinct advantage.

Extensive ERP implementation experience with specific Oodoo certifications, a distinct advantage

Experience in customisation of ERP modules, including Financial Reporting and Dashboards.

Exceptional ability to articulate and present business and project plans, with the ability to sell achievable solutions on the platform, then execute and deliver on the same.
