Our growing company is seeking to hire a sales manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.

Responsibilities:

Managing the entire bulk of understanding staples commodities such as Rice & Pulses.

Preparing Sales plan and sales targets based on the potential of the market

Ensuring Sales plan achievement in all the territories of the region based on market potential and sales achievements of sales team and trade and ensure that profit margins/targets are achieved.

Planning and supervision of Agri commodity Business to Business sales.

Promoting planning to boost sales and attain the required margin

Building vendor base, onboarding new vendors

Creating and ensuring achievement of long-term growth plan for the region by understanding market segmentation product fitment.

Requirements:

You have 6+ years of experience in a reputed Agri commodity company.

You have good network of local traders and wholesale.

You are highly self motivated and demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.

You have demonstrated ability to work well with people from a variety of backgrounds.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You have excellent computer skills.
