We are looking for a high-performing organized HR Executive to support our fast paced office. The main purpose of the role is to support the B&S employee's during the hiring, onboarding and during their employment with us.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the VISA process for new joiners and VISA renewal process for existing employee's
Collecting the required documents from new joiners and existing employees
Submitting documents to DMCC as and when required
Applying for medical insurance coverage for all new and existing employees
Keep employee files up to date with all required documents - both soft and hard copy's
Actively involved in recruitment by posting adverts, running 1st stage HR interviews, submitting the profiles and managing the hiring process
Prepare new joiner forms and employment contract for new joiners
Requirements:
Meeting set and agreed timelines for closing HR tasks.
Meeting planned individual and team objectives as set by the HR Manager
Attend regular internal and external training sessions to ensure you are able to perform your role efficiently.
