Job description:Job Title: OOH Channel Sales Executive - KSAWork Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaJob Type: Full Time Your RoleThe main purpose of the OOH Channel Sales Executive is to effectively manage the operations of OOH Customers & Develop new businesses in the beverages category. This involves delivering the agreed category business objectives in this channel. The role requires strategic thinking, solid planning and analytic skills, a passion for growth, and an ability to lead and deliver through demonstrations & tastings sessions.To be responsible for Value plan delivery for the Customers & new potential business.To ensure that the Category Objectives are fully met.To ensure that agreed standards of customer service are met.Main responsibilitiesOwns and manages all potential Customers & builds business by identifying and selling prospects in line with companies clear Sales Targets & KPI's in the OOH Channel.Manages, builds relationships, and serves customers, to become a trusted advisor by providing a complete beverage solution (recipes, mixologist, merchandise tools support etc.) based on a clear understanding of the customer's business needs, macro environment & upcoming market trends in the beverages.Provides a clear strategic solution, helps customers increase revenue and/or efficiency in their establishment and at the same time gain new product listings and increase existing volume usage of current portfolio.Utilize current market knowledge & network to increase brand presence in high end Cafe's, lounges, Restaurants etc.Suggests calculated risks to win and keep customers in the channel.To be able to demonstrate & train customers on various recipes for both Hot & Cold tea infusions.Make financial customer profitability-based decisions.Implement the strategy from Marketing in OOH Channel.Organized Customer Route Plans to manage customer sales meetings & demonstrations.Provide & creates reports on various insights to the management on trends, competitor status that will aid in driving business decisions.Acquire ongoing product knowledge and communicate it in engaging ways.Monitor Sales Performance by Brand by Customer through Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports.Conduct frequent Business review meetings internally as well as with Customers.Devote maximum time in the market to understand the dynamics of the Channel.To provide Sales Forecast in line with Sales Trend and Sales Plan.To ensure that agreed Customer Service standard / parameters are met.Maintain a high level of team motivated & focus.Key Competencies & Skills: Structured selling & Negotiation skillsOral and written communication (Fluency in both English & Arabic)Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and presentation.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex financial data.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build productive relationships with diverse teams.Proactive approach to problem-solving, adaptability to changing market conditions, and attention to detail.Relevant Experience:Must be a graduate, speaks & writes both fluent Arabic & English with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in OOH roles in similar field.
