Job Overview Provides high level of administrative support to management and/or department. Essential Functions Produces documents; collects, records, sorts and files information; handles mail; prepares routine reports; makes travel arrangements; arranges meetings and appointments; responds to inquiries; and operates office equipment. Conducts a range of diverse administrative or staff functions, which may include finance, human resources, information technology, planning, supply, and other corporate services. Delivers administrative and related support services to the organization. Covering Riyadh office reception. Managing Visitor cards & visitor attendance sheet. Saudi Invitation letters. Flight & hotel Bookings for Saudi team. PTA & travel invoices reconciliation for Finance review and payment. Check office stationery & Pantry supplies and PO issuance. Manage local events/meetings. Manage couriers and shipments. DocuSign account for E-Signature. Manage local events and meetings (Riyadh) Medical insurance addition / removals and update data based on requirements along with monthly/annual reconciliation sheet for finance review and payment. Any other admin tasks provided by the team leader. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent  Minimum of One (1) years administrative or secretarial experience, or equivalent combination of business school/secretarial training and job-related experience.
