Internal Sales Representative - Building & Construction SolutionsLocation: UpingtonSalary: R12 000CTCQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Matric CertificateComputer Literacy is essential (MS Office)Minimum 3 internal sales experience is essential.Syspro experience is preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESAssist External Sales Representatives with the distribution of credit applications, quotations and administration.Capture Sales ordersFollow-up on progress on ordersAssist with TelesalesMeet and improve annual budgets - an inherent requirementClient queries are responded to timeously.Deliveries are followed up on whenever necessary.Written (typed) quotations are provided to customers.Check material availability when quotingAssist to maintain customer pricelists and customer databaseAssist with credit applications and rep reports for the debtor's departmentAssist with the resolution of customer complaints, requirements and progress reportsAnalyse customer feedback and service satisfaction and escalate for corrective measuresAssist customer with technical info, brochure and installation proceduresGeneral admin / perform own filingAssist with additional tasks as requested by management from time to timeContribute to Brand AwarenessUphold the company's code of ethicsEnsure excellent customer service to clients
