When there is a match and the collaboration feels like excellence, you will be involved in building our couture, production, hotel, gym and more companies.  The vision for the House of Lotte Pongers is to create an umbrella brand (Lotte Pongers) for: (1) Holistic Healing - using futuristic media to make healing accessible for the entire globe (2) Music - the vision is to become as influential as Michael Jackson and Beyonce (3) Movie and Production - with the inspiration of A Star is Born as our documentary and later creating our production company (4) Fashion, Haute Couture and Art - the vision to become a House like Christian Dior Couture and later LVMH, so that we have an umbrella House for more holistic fashion House inside our umbrella (5) Sports and Wellness - using futuristic media to give the globe access to our vision of sports and wellness with the intention of healing and reaching the highest potential - later building our futuristic gym in NYC (6) Hotel and Real Estate - Creating our hotel chain by using our vision and unique view of humanity with the intention of healing and reaching the highest potential for each individual who enters our luxurious hotels  Role & Responsibilities: Overall Responsibilities:

  • Execute and brainstorm with the founder on the vision by achieving or exceeding established goals and translating ideas into functional plans for the company/team.
  • Design and oversee day-to-day operations, managing and hiring the team to ensure tasks and projects are completed on time and objectives are met.
  • Develop comprehensive goals/KPIs for performance and growth strategies, while evaluating performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Build structure by designing and documenting systems and processes for internal activities, ensuring key information is organised and accessible.
  • Proactively propose innovative ideas to the founder and create plans of execution, while also addressing and resolving issues that arise.
  • Manage team performance and drive projects to completion, ensuring accountability and predictability across the organization.
  • Determine hiring needs and attract talent, hire external contractors as needed and support the payment of team members.
  • Migrate to professional platforms, formalize finance processes, and track the right metrics to streamline operations.
  • Act as the glue of the organisation and be the rock for everyone in the organisation, protecting the founder from distractions and allowing them to focus on their visionary role.
  • In this role, there is a lot of freedom, creativity and flexibility. It is expected that you know how to fill in the responsibilities for this role yourself! ;)
Qualifications, you have: 
  • The talent and knowledge of global, best passionate talents who over perform and overdeliver and are connected to the values, vision and mission of a company 
  • A spiritual connection to the world and a natural interest in healing and holistic care
  • The willingness, passion and drive to build a company from scratch 
  • The skill of being a people person: you are extremely good at taking care of people and yourself 
  • Extreme eye for detail and luxury
  • Proven experience in scaling a company to a minimum of 50 million in revenue as a COO or a similar role 
  • Extremely purpose-driven
  • An international outlook and a natural passion for luxury goods with experience in or a strong understanding of the luxury industry.
  • Proven experience being a leader with leading and managing 100+ people 
  • Care for people and their healing journey
  • The ability to work remotely and travel 
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles 
  • An entrepreneurial mindset 
  • The skill of being extremely accountable for targets and KPIs, motivated by the love for people 
  • The ability to think in creative ways and you have a natural eye for design, art, luxury and fashion. You can come up with innovative and futuristic concepts, projects and branding ideas 
  • A solution-oriented, proactive mindset and execution
  • Experience with managing budgets (10m+), arranging payroll for teams, building the structure and backend of a company
  • Highly developed and proven negotiation skills 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Experience with managing systems: CRM, websites, payments systems, internal systems for teams 
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent understanding of financial management principles, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • The willingness and drive to build a company set-up and work with equity 
Sales Management 
  • Develop weekly, monthly and annual sales targets for the department & examine opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that further the department’s agenda and drive enhanced revenue generation for the different departments of the business
  • Analyse and take responsibility for weekly sales performance, identify areas for improvement and proactively establish actionable insights for increasing sales and business profits
Client Experience Management:
  • Develop and enforce high-touch luxury customer experience from client onboarding to off-boarding that enhances over-delivering for the customer and strengthens relationship and loyalty in an extremely luxurious manner
  • Advise in and execute on resolving issues adhering to corporate terms & conditions
Head of Operations:
  • Execute the founder's vision, achieving or exceeding established goals
  • Responsible for all contracts in the company, NDAs, working out the equity documents 
  • Design and oversee day-to-day operations + management of the team and founder to ensure that tasks and projects are completed on time to hit objectives and goals
  • Build structure by designing and documenting systems and processes for internal activities and ensure key information is organised and accessible

Compensation: The compensation package for this role is structured around a profit-share arrangement. You will receive a 10% profit share from The House of Lotte Pongers, reflecting your key contributions to the growth and success of the company.  With The House of Lotte Pongers, we currently sell products with a minimum price of €1997 and Lotte herself provides 1:1 coaching for individuals for a minimum investment of €500.000, this is part of (1) Holistic Healing - using futuristic media to make healing accessible to the entire globe.
