Location: Flexible between home, London & Corby with travel as required Reports to: Chief Product & Marketing Officer Salary: £60,000 plus excellent benefits Closing Date: 03rd May 2024 Interviews: Will take place remotely on May 8th, 13th & 14th About the role: Please note, this role is being offered as a 12 month fixed-term contract Reporting to the Chief Product & Marketing Officer, the Public Sector Stakeholder Engagement Manager will be responsible for ensuring success in the delivery of public sector contracts and will play a critical role in facilitating the smooth execution and delivery of strategic partnerships between CMI and public sector organisations. You will focus on project oversight & management, engagement with key public sector stakeholders, resource management, and streamlining the overall partnership process. Responsibilities: Project Management

  • Create and execute comprehensive project plans and manage resources across CMI to ensure effective delivery against strategic partner contracts and tender responses.
  • Work closely with the Head of Strategic Partnerships and project teams to ensure project milestones are achieved within the specified timeline and budget.
Customer Engagement
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for public sector partners, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Proactively engage with public sector stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure their needs are being met throughout the partnership process.
Tender Response
  • Coordinate responses to tenders, drawing upon resources across the organisation as well as external stakeholders
  • Liaise with external bid writers to ensure responses reflect the input of stakeholders across CMI as well as any consortium partners.
Contract Management
  • Preparation of partnership proposals, contracts, and other documentation related to public sector procurement as needed.
  • Liaise with depts across CMI to ensure any tender documentation is complete and accurate and meets response deadlines (e.g. technology, legal, finance etc)

  • Demonstrable experience, at a senior level, of project management, stakeholder engagement, resource coordination, and contract delivery, within or for the public sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of project management skills
  • Comfortable and confident operating with executive teams
  • Experience of working in a fast-moving environment with the demands and stresses this can create across small teams tasked with delivering customer value quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, collaborative and challenging
  • Strategic thinking and a keen aptitude for problem solving
  • Ability to collaborate and exert influence at different levels and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
