As a  Post Placement Support Officer, you will provide specialised assistance to participants who have secured employment. You will work closely with the participant, employer, and Community Development Program (CDP) site staff to identify and address barriers and skill gaps. Your goal will be to create effective supports and interventions that ensure the job seeker’s retention in employment. This role is based in a remote Aboriginal Community in the NT - Galiwinku, Elcho Island   What's in it for you?
