About this role: This is a hands-on role that is key to the successful delivery of data projects. Being a Data and Analytics Solution Architect means you can and will do it all, meeting with customers and collaborating to design solutions, leading and coaching consultants, providing domain technical leadership and getting “on the tools”. What your day will look like: Assist in proposing the right solutions based on customer requirements Involved in preparing and performing presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts Contribute to Statements of Work or engagement proposals – including scope of work and activities, list of deliverables, and detailed estimates. Project Delivery Provide technical delivery leadership, both internally and client facing Hands-on involvement in projects especially during design, setup, and initial implementation phases. Technical Leadership Be a thought leader for technology solutions and trends including R&D on new tools, technologies, or technical areas of the data and analytics domain Assist in setting the Qrious technical direction and technology adoption specific to data and analytics Provide technical mentoring to consultants Encourage a technical-minded culture within the company through initiatives such as New & Cool presentations, Lunch & Learn sessions Be a technical ambassador for the company through active participation in and presentations to customers, technical communities, user groups, events, and with technology vendors. IP and Product Development Support building a structured and documented library of collateral, technical documents, and reusable technical solutions Contribute to ideation and development of potential products Provide technical or domain knowledge support to product development teams Ensure Qrious IP is leveraged in all relevant delivery activities General Willingly share your experience and knowledge in a supportive team environment Maintain excellent communications with supporting Qrious teams – Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Technical Teams Be a visible and proactive advocate for all-of-Qrious collaboration What you will bring:

• You are self-empowered and motivated to make it happen
• Proven Consulting experience with a wide range of projects in data and a high level of commercial awareness
• You have outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Ability to lead others through the solution delivery process and deliver on what you promise with hands-on involvement
• High integrity and professional background
• Ability to hold ‘the difficult conversation’ with Consulting team members, providing positive, empathetic feedback
• You lead by example – a role model for the Qrious values
