    • Lead motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Provide ongoing training and development to ensure staff are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration
    • Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures staffing and inventory management.
    • Monitor food quality and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
    • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
    • Ensure that guests receive prompt and courteous service always.
    • Address customer inquiries concerns and complaints professionally striving to exceed their expectations.
    • Proactively seek feedback from guests to improve the dining experience continually.
    • Manage restaurant budget and expenses including labour costs food and beverage costs and overhead expenses.
    • Monitor sales and revenue performance identifying opportunities for growth and cost savings.
    • Implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining highquality standards.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
    • Utilize social media platforms and other marketing channels to engage with customers and drive traffic to the restaurant.

Requirements

  • 3 years Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant operations including food and beverage service kitchen management and customer service.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office applications.
  • Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety certification is a plus.
