Job Description:

Drive consistent Demand driving processes that enable optimized materials coverage. Focuses on providing thought leadership and works on broader organization projects. Roll up Global Master Schedule, which includes developing and conceptual thinking to drive global business processes. Ensure the Demand is rolling up to support Demand within process guidelines. Manage multiple component's implications and drive continuous improvements. Create internal and external reports utilizing Excel (Vlookup, Pivot tables, and IF functions). Monitor data for key indicators to initiate ongoing improvement activities. Mentored and assist with creating, implementing, and training new processes and procedures. Cost reduction opportunities in line with company goals and objectives. Defines processes and collects data from process stakeholders to ensure processes are resulting in desired outcomes. Defines and implements corrective actions to ensure processes yield adequate results. Inventory management and rolling of data in accountable results.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience.
  2. Relevant software experience with Oracle Cloud MRP, SQL experience, advanced Excel preferred.
  3. Prefer "Power BI" experience.
  4. Comprehension in global Supply Chain Operations specializing in best practices, methods, project management, measuring and obtaining results.
  5. Data visualization tool maintenance and implementation. Advanced Excel experience.
  6. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Process mapping and automation. Data stewardship.
  7. Work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in ERP & PLM systems; Oracle and Agile preferred. Change management skills.
