- Manage ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Discovery application support, including maintenance, enhancements, and project involvement following agile SCRUM Framework.
- Design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom applications in ServiceNow.
- Provide architectural input to maintain platform stability and ensure adherence to design and development standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, ServiceNow Manager, Architects, and co-Developers on technical design and quality standards.
- Create and update technical documentation.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or related courses
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Development and System Administration
- With experience in ServiceNow CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- Knowledge in any programming language (preferably JavaScript)
- Preferably with background in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
- Preferably with certification in UI, SQL, CSS, and XML
- Preferably with certification in Application Development, System Administration, ITSM, and ITIL V3/V4 Foundation
- Training programs (with possible international business trips) with certifications
