• Review and analyze contract documents to ensure compliance and manageable legal risks
• Scrutinize contracts from a legal perspective to prevent fraud, inducement, and clauses that may cause significant losses to the platform
• Assist in developing and optimizing the listing contract process and system to ensure compliance in business operations
• Participate in legal due diligence and risk assessments for listing projects
• Collaborate with the risk management team to conduct legal risk assessments and analysis
• Engage in internal training and legal knowledge-sharing activities to enhance team legal awareness and cultivation

Requirements and skills  

• Bachelor's degree in Law, with relevant work experience preferred
• Proficiency in legal risk identification and prevention, familiarity with contract law and related regulations
• Experience in risk management or listing contract management is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration
• Strong sense of responsibility, execution capability, and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin will be highly advantageous
