Job Requirements
Qualifications- Strong customer support and customer service skills
- Ability to create a positive customer experience.
- Multi-tasking
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Fluent in English
- 5\2 shift work-rotation (Morning, daytime and time)
