Able to work harmoniously, competently and effectively even under pressure; 3. Computer literate with knowledge on MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.); 4. With good typing and numeric entry skills; and 5. Flexible, responsive and willing to learn or be trained. JOB DESCRIPTION Under the direct supervision of the Transport Unit (TU) Head, performs general office clerical works, which include customer service, basic word processing, data entry, filing and organizing, and other related tasks as may be assigned. Functions and Responsibilities: 1. Provides administrative support to the unit; 2. Handles data tracking of incoming and outgoing documents of the unit to and from other sections and divisions; 3. Monitors submission of TU reports; 4. Updates and monitors Summary of Releases and NRLMB Daily Report; 5. Consolidates Monthly CSMR, TU Accomplishment Reports, Cash Advance Liquidation, and Fleet Card Utilization; 6. Monitors loading and dispatch of trucks; 7. Prepares delivery Receipts, Certifications, and other releasing documents; 8. Undertakes clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, and handling mails; 9. Provide assistance in preparing reports and documentations; 10. Maintains the records/files of the unit; and 11. Performs other related tasks as requested. Job Outputs: 1. Data tracking system of incoming and outgoing documents; 2. Consolidated files/records of the unit; and 3. Other reports required by the Office. Individual Performance Contract Rating (IPCR) in the last rating period or any of its equivalent, if applicable.
