- Collect and consolidate data related to vendor performance from various sources, such as service level agreements (SLAs), performance reports, and customer feedback.
- Support development and implementation standardized performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), across all JLL client accounts, to assess vendor performance.
- Analyze vendor performance data to identify areas of success as well as areas requiring improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on vendor performance for management and key stakeholders.
- Clearly communicate vendor performance results, trends, and recommendations to relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and ensure adherence to vendor performance standards.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in managing vendor performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, or other data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement mindset to drive efficiencies and optimize vendor performance.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) as a vendor performance analyst or a similar role in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Knowledge of vendor management best practices, contract management, and SLA performance metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.
