P&O Data Analyst III

Reporting (regular and ad-hoc):

• Fully own reporting from varying data sources, like TM1 and SAP SuccessFactors
• Independently work on requests from various stakeholders beginning to end (identification of reporting demand until providing of data)

Dashboarding:

• Preparation and updating of regular dashboards – complete process from loading data over bug fixes and quality check to publishing
• Maintenance of dashboards as required – bug fixes, smaller enhancements / adjustments
• Create dashboards in Power BI for smaller requests
• Run and bug fix simple Python code to prepare data for Dashboards

Data Collection:

• Support with monthly data collection processes

• Good verbal and written communication in English
• Independent and structured way of working
• Highly committed to delivering results within specified timeframes
• High level of attention to detail
• Good understanding of Analytical Engines and HR Systems (MS Power BI, IBM Cognos, etc.), and willingness to upskill
• Basic knowledge of Python to run existing code and apply small bugfixes or enhancements
• Very detail-oriented for data collectioan, quality checks, system maintenance
• Well organized and flexible, adhering to (tight) timelines
