Sophos is headquartered in Oxford, U.K. More information is available at Role Summary Supporting Sophos develop channel and distribution partners to support the development of Sophos brand and product awareness in the country and to support the market share growth of Sophos products via Channel and Distributor s. Ideally the candidate is located in Johannisburg. What You Will Do
- Assist the Country Manager and Channel Managers with basic queries
- Assist the Marketing team in organizing and preparing events
- Help the SE team with organizing and booking training events
- Support resellers with collating leads generated through events
- Organizing meetings for Channel and Country Managers
- Assist the team with the logistics of marketing materials
- Assist channel partners with supply chain related queries
- Assist all existing partners to achieve their renewal quota in Eastern Europe Territory
- Be the first point of contact for our partners and distributors to support them for all questions related to Partner Portal Access, licensing issues, deal registrations, product enquiries, etc.
- Prepare quotations for partners and distributors in Eastern Europe Territory
- Maintain and update Salesforce system (accounts, opportunities)
- Experience of business development activities via third-parties, e.g. channel
- Understanding of the sales and marketing cycles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sound administration skills
- Good verbal and written English language
