• Designing, implementing and managing end-to-end Facebook ad campaigns for our clients in the local service industry.
• Analyzing campaign results and optimizing strategies to ensure maximum ROI.
• Conducting detailed audience research to target potential customers effectively.
• Crafting engaging ad copies and coordinating with our graphic design team for ad creatives.
• Collaborating with our sales and customer success teams to align ad strategies with business goals.
• Monitoring budget and adjusting bids to gain better ROI.
• Staying current with Facebook advertising policies, industry trends, and best practices to ensure the success of our campaigns.
• Reporting on campaign performance to clients and internal teams regularly.

• Proven experience as a Facebook Ads Specialist, preferably in the local service industry.
• Excellent understanding of Facebook's advertising platform and experience managing ad budgets.
• Exceptional analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis.
• Proficient in crafting engaging ad copies and driving customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in digital marketing, social media, web analytics, and industry best practices.
• Please note: A proven track record of success in managing Facebook ad campaigns for local service businesses is a must for this role.
